Refund and Exchange Policy
1. **Exchange for size issues**
– Items can be exchanged if the size does not fit and the product has not been worn.
– Shipping costs for the exchange are the responsibility of the customer.
2. **Item damaged during transport**
– If the item is damaged during transport, it can be returned at the shop’s expense.
– Please get in touch with us immediately to report the damage and receive return instructions.
3. **Item damaged after receipt**
– Items damaged after receipt are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
– We are not responsible for damages occurring after delivery.
4. **Size error by the shop**
– If a size error is made by the shop, the item can be exchanged at no additional cost to the customer.
